Search Warrant results in two arrests

According to Sheriff Kenny Cassell, on February 14, 2019, a joint investigation between the Searcy County Sheriff's Department, Marshall Police Department and the Twentieth Judicial Task Force, resulted in a search warrant being issued for, and executed at  the residence of Ronnie Hogue of Dongola, Arkansas.

During the search, narcotics were located. Also located was evidence of an indoor marijuana grow operation, as well as drug paraphernalia. The owner of the residence, Ronnie Hogue, and another individual, Thurman Hogue, were taken into custody as the result of the investigation.

Ronnie Hogue is charged with MANUFACTURE of MARIJUANA and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, 2 COUNTS.

Thurman Hogue is charged with POSSESSION of DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and POSSESSION of SCHEDULE VI NARCOTIC LESS THAN 4 OUNCES.
