Seven sentenced in Searcy County Circuit Court

Searcy County Sheriff Kenny Cassell reported on September 30, 2024, the Honorable Judge H.G. Foster sentenced seven individuals in the Circuit Court of Searcy County, 20 Judicial District, 5th Division.
According to Cassell, among those sentenced were Arthur Edward Day, Daniel L. Rogers, Calvin
Crutchfield, Kiah Nacole Triplett, Michael Wayne Camp, Raven L. Badger and Tanner Douglas Still.
According to Cassell, the following sentences were handed down:
Arthur Edward Day, DOB 7/18/58, was charged with four counts including possession of drug paraphernalia to ingest; possession and open container, alcohol; driving while license cancelled; and insurance requires. Day was sentenced to 48 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections and ordered to pay $465 in court costs and fines. He received 81 days of jail credit for time served.
Daniel Rogers, DOB 12/11/81, was charged with four counts including possession of a scheduled III controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving left of center; and failure to appear. Rogers was sentenced to 12 months' probation and ordered to pay $315 in court costs.
Calvin Crutchfield, DOB 9/16/81, was charged with third degree domestic battering and was sentenced to 48 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Crutchfield was ordered to pay $240 in court costs and fines. He received 20 days of jail credit for time served.
Kiah Triplett, DOB 1/17/96, was charged with three counts including possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to ingest, inhale, etc.; possession of a scheduled VI controlled substance; and defective equipment. Triplett was sentenced to12 months' probation and ordered to pay $465 in court costs and fines.
Michael Camp, DOB 7/25/99, was charged with three counts including possession of a scheduled I/II substance meth or cocaine; possession of a scheduled I/II substance not meth or cocaine; DWI drugs; and careless and prohibited driving. Camp was sentenced to 36 months' probation and ordered to pay $3,750 in court costs and fines. He received 54 jail credit for time served.
Raven Badger, DOB 2/19/63, was charged with three counts including terroristic threatening; possession of controlled substance scheduled I/II; and refusal to submit to arrest. Badger was sentenced to 36 months' probation and order to pay $2,400 in court costs and fines. She received 4 days jail credit for time served.
Tanner Still, DOB, 7/18/2001, was charged with five counts including fleeing in a vehicle; ignition interlock device; reckless driving; speeding; and DWI. Still was sentenced to 84 months' probation and ordered to pay $1,990 in court costs and fines. He received two days of jail credit for time served.
