According to Searcy County Sheriff Kenny Cassell, a traffic stop that occurred on May 6, lead to the arrest of St. Joe resident, Michael Elliott, age 32.
Cassell stated that on May 6 Searcy County Deputy Billy Cordell noticed Elliott driving a motorcycle on Hwy. 65 that had a lens missing on one turn signal and decided to perform a traffic stop. During the stop, Elliott admitted he did not have a valid ID or a valid driver’s license.
